FAQ: Frequently Asked Questions
Question: Do I need a Service Appointment for an Oil Service?
Answer: No appointment is needed. We can complete oil change services Monday-Friday 7:00am to 5:00pm. Saturdays 8:00am to 4:00pm
Question: What does the Orange Wrench Light mean on the Instrument Cluster?
Answer: The Orange Wrench Light means that it is time for service. Your Maintenance minder system learns your driving habits and will suggest to you when your car needs service by displaying the Orange Wrench and a series of numbers that correspond to the suggested service. These letters and numbers can be found in your owners manual or call us and we can tell what your car is asking for.
Question: How often should I rotate my tires?
Answer: They should be rotated every 5,000 to 10,000 miles. For best tires life we suggest a rotation with every oil change. We will always tell you if your tires need to be rotated when we service your vehicle. When you buy your tires from us we will rotate them free of charge. Mechanics, 2007
